**** Media Participants. The Organisers consider accredited journalists to be editorial staff for the following: Newspapers, Magazines, Medical or health care publications and Broadcast or web-based media. To receive a media badge, media representatives must provide identification such as letter of assignment. All freelance journalists must provide a letter of assignment on company letterhead from an editor of a recognized news organization certifying they are covering the conference for the organization. Media registration includes access to the congress sessions. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the letter of assignment.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations received in writing up until 1st March 2017 incur a cancellation fee of EUR 40.00 + 19%VAT. From this date onward or in case of a no-show, registration fee reimbursements are no longer possible unless the organizers are provided with a named replacement who will take on the registration.
Please note that abstract submitter can cancel their registration free of charge up until 15th April 2017 in case their abstract has not been accepted.
Pre-congress Course cancellations received up until 1st March 2017 incur a cancellation fee of EUR 25.00. From this date onwards or in case of a no-show a registration fee reimbursement is no longer possible.
All participant substitutions who are already registered should be sent with written request to the Congress Secretariat, specifying the name of the substituted person. Each name change will be charged of € 40.00 + 19%VAT.
After May 10th, no changes will be possible. No reimbursement for No show.

Payment of registration fees can be made online on our secure server by credit card (MasterCard and VISA) or by bank transfer. Full details, will be provided within the email received after the registration form procedure will be complete.
In order to benefit from the early reduced registration rate, payment must be received before the published deadline. You can obtain access to pre-register for the congress without payment in order to submit your abstract. However, your registration will only be validated when full payment is received.
